Kundalini Awakening mantra

Take a deep breath Relax

Gently bring your attention to the base of your spine This is where your life energy, your Kundalini, rests Imagine a warm, glowing light, coiled like a serene, powerful force waiting to rise

Take another deep breath As you exhale, visualize this light beginning to awaken It spirals upward, slowly and gracefully, through your spine
